Frequent Questions

How do I log back into my account?

Logging back in is easy. Simply visit app.championhealth.co.uk and click ‘sign in’ in the top right corner.

I’m having trouble creating my account. What should I do?

If you’re struggling to create your account, check the following steps:

  • Ensure you are using a valid email address (i.e. your work email address).
  • Make sure you have not registered for an account already using the same email address. If you have already registered and can’t remember your password, you can reset it here.
  • Check you are using a modern browser, such as the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox. Avoid using older browsers, such as Internet Explorer.
  • Ensure your password meets the necessary requirements. It must be at least 8 characters long, containing at least 1 uppercase letter, lowercase letter and number.
  • Tick the privacy policy and terms of use boxes.
  • Make sure you can see a green tick each in each entry box.
Why isn’t my registration link working?

The link provided by your employer will take you directly to the registration page. If this link isn’t working, check you are using a modern browser, such as the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox. Our platform doesn’t work on older, less secure browsers, such as Internet Explorer.

I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?
If you’re struggling to log into your account, check the following steps:

  • Check you are using the correct page to login: https://app.championhealth.co.uk/signin
  • Make sure you are using the correct email and password combination. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here. If you don’t receive this email straight away, check your junk folder.
  • If you created an account on our old platform, these login details will not work on the new platform. Please re-register using the link provided by your organisation.
  • Check there are no spaces before your email address or password.
  • Check you are using a modern browser, such as the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox. Avoid using older browsers, such as Internet Explorer.
I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
No problem! Click here to reset your password and we’ll email you a new, temporary one to log back into your account with. If you don’t receive this email straight away, check your junk folder.

Once you’re back into your account, change your password to something more memorable by going to the ‘update profile’ section.

The platform isn’t loading properly. What can I do?

Sometimes when we make an update, it temporarily affects the way the platform loads. To help fix the problem, try the following solutions:

  • Make sure you are using an up-to-date browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge). Our platform does not work on older browsers, such as Internet Explorer.
  • Try clearing your cache (this is usually accessed through your browser settings).
  • Try clearing your cookies (this is usually accessed through your browser settings, or by right-clicking on the padlock in the address bar).

If these fixes don’t work, please send a support request (below) and one of our tech gurus will look into it for you.

Where can I download your app?

Currently, you don’t need an app to access our platform. Simply register via the link provided by your employer using an up-to-date web browser. We recommend taking your health assessment on a laptop or desktop device, however you can access the platform on other devices (including mobile and tablet).

How do I update my personal details?

To update your personal details, simply log onto the platform, open the side menu using the three horizontal lines (in the top right corner) and click ‘update your profile’.

Please note, you cannot update your health assessment once it has been submitted. You will be provided with a new opportunity to take your next health assessment at a later date.

Can I change my answers to the health assessment questions?

Once your health assessment has been submitted, you cannot change the answers. However, you will have the opportunity to complete another health assessment at a later date, to see how your results change over time.

How often can I take my health assessment?

This will depend on your organisation. Usually, your employer will provide 2 opportunities each year to complete an assessment (once every 6-months), but it may be more or less than this.

How long will the assessment take to complete?

It will take you around 20-minutes to complete in full.  The platform will save your progress, so you can return to the assessment at any time.

What happens to my data?
All data is encrypted, anonymised and stored securely using Microsoft Azure servers. Only you can see your personal data within your account. We never sell your personal details on.

Your data also contributes to an aggregated workforce health report that is fully anonymised. This helps your organisation to understand the health of the workforce and better support employee wellbeing, whilst ensuring your individual results are never identifiable.

Can my employer see my data?

No. Only you can see your personal data within your account. Your employer can only view aggregated, full anonymised summary report data, from which you cannot be identified.

Can I request that my data is deleted?
