Physitrack: Our new family
We’ve joined forces with Physitrack PLC, a global leader in virtual-first healthcare and wellbeing solutions, and perfectly positioned to fulfil Champion’s mission and vision.
Founded in 2012, Physitrack provides global digital healthcare solutions across wellness and virtual services. Their platform enables practitioners to deliver clinical home exercises, outcomes tracking and more across physiotherapy and musculoskeletal care.
The organisation’s people span four continents and support their customers across 17 time zones and 187 countries.
Physitrack PLC is headquartered in London, United Kingdom, and listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market (PTRK).

Champion’s innovative wellbeing platform will continue to be accessible to all. Over time, the leading platform will be expanded through the integration of Physitrack’s Access ecosystem, connecting employees and patients to biometric testing capabilities, wellness coaching and care.
