Jonathan Gawthrop is an Executive Director for EMCOR UK. Day-to-day he is responsible for the development and application of the organisational ESG strategy.
Jonathan is a Fellow of IIRSM and the Society of Leadership Fellows, and is alumni of the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership.
In 2021, he led EMCOR UK to become the first organisation globally to be accredited with the BSI’s psychosocial risk management standard, ISO 45003.
If that weren’t enough, Jonathan is also a wellbeing leadership team board member for BITC and several cross-industry panels committed to responsible business and improving wellbeing, sustainability and health throughout the UK.
