Francis Goss is Director in Gallagher’s Organisational Wellbeing practice. He focuses on people experience, engagement, mental, physical and financial wellbeing.
Francis holds over 20 year’s HR experience across a portfolio of roles including Director, People Experience Consulting at Gallagher, advisory member of the Department of Work and Pension’s Pensions Dashboard Steering Group and a Non-Executive Director at Exclusive Collection.
Francis was the founding Chairperson of Gallagher Benefit Service’s Diversity and Inclusion team, working with the CEO and Executive Leadership on the strategy and delivery of initiatives focused on promoting a culture of anti-discrimination and has addressed audiences including the Reward & Employee Benefits Association Conference and the House of Commons HR team.
