Katy is a clinical psychologist with over 15 years experience working in the field of psychology both within the NHS and private sector.

She has dedicated her career to the management of complex trauma, working with clients who are struggling with the effects of trauma on their day to day lives.

Katy has extensive experience of the impact of trauma, stress and anxiety on the workings of the human mind, having worked for many years with clients who have found themselves ‘stuck’ within the trappings of an overactive threat focused mindset, supporting them to move to towards solutions which allow them to soothe and calm this aspect of their functioning.
