As Global Head of Wellbeing and Employee Experience at Clifford Chance, Charles is creating a great workplace where bright people love to come to.
Charles prioritises the employee lifecycle, moments that matter for their people, and creating opportunities that inspire, delight and foster a sense of community. He’s also responsible for the global wellbeing strategy.
Previously, Charles worked as Head of Wellbeing Solutions at Aon, a global professional services firm specialising in health, commercial risk, reinsurance and wealth.
Charles is also a member of the Alliance Manchester Business School’s National Forum for Health and Wellbeing at Work and volunteer as a Board Trustee of the mental health charity Dorset Mind.
