Andy is a certified high-performance coach with over two decades of experience developing and coaching individuals, teams and organisations, in over thirty-five countries. ​

Andy Holmes is a highly regarded, international speaker, thought leader and strategist in Human Capacity and Potential, having developed his own ‘human P&L’ model – C4Human. ​

Andy has worked with tens of thousands of people throughout his roles as Global Head of Capability, Global Head of Leadership Development and most recently, partnering with Hintsa Performance, as Global Head of Wellbeing and High-Performance at Reckitt – one of the highest performing and most dynamic consumer products organisations. ​

Focussing on the scientific underpinnings of human biology, cognition and behaviour, the C4Human approach, is all about breaking down the boundaries in organisations, to unlock human potential though the creation of performance environments that support our natural circadian rhythms, to drive sustainable high-performance. ​

Currently, Andy Holmes sits on Champion Health’s Global Wellbeing Advisory Board. He assumed this role in 2022.
