Nick Davison runs a wellbeing consultancy and holds a wealth of experience, including a 10-year tenure as Head of Wellbeing at John Lewis Partnership.
Nick joined John Lewis Partnership in 2011 with the aim to redesign and build a health service that reflected the changing needs of the organisation and their 80,000 co-owners.
Before joining John Lewis Partnership, Nick held roles as Head of Strategy and General Manager, Occupational Health at Aviva Health. This role saw him gain experience in operational, strategic and change management within the financial services and health sectors.
He currently sits on Champion Health’s Global Wellbeing Advisory Board. He assumed this role in 2022.
