What This Agreement Covers
This agreement licenses you to use the following:
- The relevant version of our Platform, such as:
- Assessment, Individual Report, Company Report, Online Mental Health Training (the Web Platform).
- Health Tracker mobile application software (the Mobile Platform).
- Any browser-accessible web-based version of the application (“Platform”).
- Any updates or supplements to the above.
- Documentation: Any related online or electronic documentation.
- Services:
- Training, assessments, and other services provided via the Platform.
- Any content, including documentation, that we offer through these services.
Your Privacy
Data Protection
Under data protection legislation, we must provide you with details on:
- Who we are.
- How we collect, process, and store your personal data.
- Your rights regarding your personal data.
This information is available in our Privacy Policy, which you should read carefully.
Internet Transmissions
Please note that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. Any message or information you send through the Platform or Service may be read or intercepted by others, even if specifically encrypted.
Data Controller Responsibilities
We are the controller of your personal data. This means we determine:
- What data is collected.
- How it is processed.
- Where it is stored.
- How it can be accessed.
In some cases, Champion Health may act as a processor of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- Colleague Features: If you participate in shared features like the “Steps Challenge,” your details may be visible to other consenting participants. You can withdraw this consent by adjusting your settings in the Profile section of the Platform.

By providing your consent, you agree to receive communications from Champion Health based on the contact details you provide. These communications will align with our Privacy Policy and may include:
- Key updates about the Platform.
- User experience-related notifications.
Champion Health may monitor communications for quality assurance and training purposes.
Opting Out
You may opt out of email communications by using the unsubscribe link provided in emails. Push notifications can be disabled in the application settings.

Mobile Platform
The download and use of the Mobile Platform (currently unavailable) may be governed by the following terms:

Employer Policies
Your employer’s rules and policies may also control the use of the Platform and Documentation. These rules will apply alongside these terms.
Operating System Requirements
Device Requirements
The Platform requires a smartphone or internet-enabled device with:
- Minimum 512MB memory.
- Current and up-to-date operating systems.
Recommendations:
- Mobile Platform: iOS 12.1.4 or above (or equivalent).
- Web Platform: Windows 10 or equivalent. The Web Platform does not support Internet Explorer.
Functionality Limitations
We cannot guarantee proper functionality if you do not meet the minimum recommended system requirements.

How You May Use the Platform
Authorized Usage
By agreeing to these terms, you may:
- Download or stream a copy of the Platform onto multiple devices for personal use.
- Use Documentation to support your use of the Platform.
- Create one backup copy of the Platform for operational security purposes.
- Receive and use updates, patches, or supplementary software provided by Champion Health.
You Must Be 16 to Accept These Terms
You must be at least 16 years old to accept these terms. If you are under 16, parental or guardian consent and our express permission are required.
Restrictions on Sharing
You may not transfer the Platform or Service to someone else unless explicitly allowed by these terms. If you sell a device with the Platform installed, you must remove the Platform to prevent unauthorized use.
