   • Any updates or supplements to the above.
2. Documentation: Any related online or electronic documentation.
3. Services:
   • Training, assessments, and other services provided via the Platform.
   • Any content, including documentation, that we offer through these services.

Your Privacy

Data Protection

Under data protection legislation, we must provide you with details on:

• Who we are.
• How we collect, process, and store your personal data.
• Your rights regarding your personal data.

Internet Transmissions

Please note that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. Any message or information you send through the Platform or Service may be read or intercepted by others, even if specifically encrypted.

The download and use of the Mobile Platform (currently unavailable) may be governed by the following terms:

Employer Policies

Operating System Requirements

Device Requirements

The Platform requires a smartphone or internet-enabled device with:

• Minimum 512MB memory.
• Current and up-to-date operating systems.

Recommendations:

• Mobile Platform: iOS 12.1.4 or above (or equivalent).
• Web Platform: Windows 10 or equivalent. The Web Platform does not support Internet Explorer.

Functionality Limitations

We cannot guarantee proper functionality if you do not meet the minimum recommended system requirements.

Authorized Usage

You must be at least 16 years old to accept these terms. If you are under 16, parental or guardian consent and our express permission are required.

Restrictions on Sharing

You may not transfer the Platform or Service to someone else unless explicitly allowed by these terms. If you sell a device with the Platform installed, you must remove the Platform to prevent unauthorized use.
